We are very excited to release the first chapbook in our ScrapChap series, Children of Reagan  by Phil Estes. A collection of poems inspired by 80s movies, Saturday Night Live episodes, Buddhism, and Jean-Michel Basquiat,  Children of Reagan is a book to be read while watching Australian rules football. 

Phil Estes lives in Stillwater, OK.  His poetry has appeared, or is forthcoming, in:The Associative Press, DIAGRAM, Hayden's Ferry Review, Lamination Colony,LUNGFULL!, West Wind Review, and others.

ScapsChaps are composed entirely out of recycled materials accumulated during the making of Rabbit Catastrophe Review.  The cover of  Children of Reagan was designed by Michael Jones.  The title pages, RCP logo, and ScrapChaps logo were designed by Kris Ange.
